Having been contacted by Matt in regards to a full time teaching position I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with him. From the initial contact he was very polite, friendly and informative. Within an hour of speaking he had set up a telephone interview for me. He was in constant contact with me keeping me up to date on the progress.
