What would I be doing?
Your primary responsibility will be to teach 16 to 19-year-old students. You will be sharing your practical and theoretical skills, preparing them for a career in construction, assessing the standard of their work and providing feedback.

Do I need a DBS check?
Since you’ll be working with students under 18, you need to be enhanced DBS checked, which can be done through us; we have a specialist in-house vetting team that can help you with it.
How do I become a tutor?
Whether you are looking for a part-time, contracted position or want to transition into a full-time teaching career, we have a variety of roles available for you. If you don’t hold any teaching qualifications, the first step would be to start in a technician role or work alongside a lecturer/assessor to gain the essential teaching skills for the role.
